Effective October 30, 2026. GDC Contracting ("GDC", 4214 3rd Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11232) operates gdcrenovations.com and an internal email tool that connects to GDC's own Google Workspace mailboxes.
The tool accesses only GDC's own mailboxes (on gdcrenovations.com) through the Gmail API, to send business emails written by GDC staff and to read replies to those emails. It does not access any other person's Google account. Gmail data is stored only on GDC's own computer, is not sold, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising. GDC's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
GDC may email architects and design professionals using business contact details published on their own websites. Anyone can ask to stop receiving email by replying "no thanks" or writing to the address below, and will not be contacted again.
Data is kept only as long as needed for GDC's business correspondence. To request deletion, email greg@gdcrenovations.com.
